Territorial Planning Commission
The Territorial Planning Commission is responsible for studying all matters related to the development of the regional land use planning scheme, as well as its updates and evaluations in accordance with the provisions of Articles 88, 89, and 90 of the organic law concerning regions.
It also examines sectoral policies related to the region, as well as the infrastructure and major projects that the state plans to implement within the region, after public authorities have sought the council’s opinion on the matter, in accordance with the provisions of Article 100 of the organic law concerning regions.
The commission consists of 6 members.

Investment and Territorial Marketing Commission
The Investment and Territorial Marketing Commission works to attract investments and promote the region as an investment destination. It studies sectoral policies and major projects planned in coordination with public authorities and provides advice in this regard, in accordance with the organic law concerning regions. Rural Development Improvement Commission
The Rural Development Improvement Commission is responsible for studying and improving development conditions in rural areas. The Regional Infrastructure Strengthening Commission is responsible for studying and developing infrastructure within the region.
