The tourism sector in the Guelmim-Oued Noun region is one of the promising sectors that brings together several elements of tourist attraction. The region benefits from a strategic geographical position connecting the north and south of Morocco, making it a unique cultural and natural meeting point. In addition, the region has a magnificent seafront extending over 240 kilometers, making it a privileged destination for seaside tourism enthusiasts from all over the world.This sector is characterized by rich tourist potential, including enchanting beaches such as Mirleft Beach, which is a popular destination for windsurfing enthusiasts. The region also offers diverse landscapes with mountains that allow visitors to explore and adventure in nature. In addition, the picturesque deserts and oases offer a unique experience to tourists, allowing them to appreciate the beauty of natural landscapes while discovering the local culture.

The region is working to strengthen the tourism infrastructure by developing accommodation and leisure facilities, which helps attract more tourists. It also focuses on promoting cultural and artistic activities, including festivals, exhibitions and traditional markets, thereby increasing the diversity of the tourist experience. Through these efforts, the Guelmim-Oued Noun Regional Council aims to strengthen the region’s position as a leading destination for sustainable tourism.

Thermal tourism: Through hot and mineral springs such as the Lalla Malouka spring and the Abaïno spring, known for their curative properties, especially for skin diseases and rheumatism.
Adventure tourism: Thanks to the vast deserts, canyons, oases and caves, offering exceptional opportunities for lovers of adventure and natural discoveries.
